Our efforts to improve the health and wellness of our community would be lacking without a comprehensive approach to weight management and nutrition.

One size does not fit all.  More than working towards an ideal weight, we assess each individual and craft a program that is specific to their health needs and weight goals.  

Long Live Food ™ is based on science.  With this proven approach to diet, we manage conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes with meal plans that are “prescribed” by physicians in the same way that medications typically are.

Many people suffer from pain and movement problems that contribute to weight gain. We help people achieve the recommended amount of physical activity by pairing them with physical therapists who prescribe movements and provide hands-on care and education.
